Position: Venture Capital Associate, Climate-TechLocation: SF or BostonA venture capital fund focused on climate tech is seeking an Investment Associate to support its early-stage, impact-driven investments. This fund targets high-risk, high-impact opportunities in technologies aimed at addressing climate challenges.Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying and evaluating early-stage startups in the climate tech space (pre-seed to Series A)
• Overseeing the investment pipeline and fostering relationships with founders, entrepreneurs, and co-investors
• Conducting market research, financial modeling, and due diligence
• Assisting with impact and financial reporting for stakeholdersQualifications:
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience; a background in sectors such as energy, environmental tech, biotech, agriculture, mechanical or electrical engineering, nuclear, and similar areas is preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A self-driven, impact-focused approach to workWork Authorization: Unfortunately, the firm is not able to sponsor U.S work visas now or in the foreseeable future. All applicants will be required to produce valid U.S work authorization prior to commencing employment.
