• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure product quality.
• Establish and maintain testing processes and frameworks, incorporating both automated and manual testing methods.
• Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify, document, and track defects. Continuous Improvement:
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure robust and reliable code.
  • Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to understand requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.
    • Act as a liaison between the development and customer support teams to address and resolve quality issues. Metrics and Reporting:
      • Track and report on key quality metrics, such as defect density and test coverage.
      • Provide regular updates on the status of testing activities and product quality.
      • Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve the overall quality of the product. Test Automation:
        • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks.
        • Ensure the integration of automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
